Begonia, a 72 square meter (775 sq. ft.) lodging, offers a living area with fireplace, sleeper sofa, open kitchen and full bath on the ground floor and two bedrooms (one with full-size bed, the second with either a queen-size bed or two single beds) and full bath on its upper level. Begonia also has a covered and private outdoor terracotta-tiled patio equipped for dining and lounging. Designed to accommodate up to five adults, Begonia is well-suited to a family (two parents with up to three kids) but may also be rented as a one-bedroom lodging (limit 2 adults) measuring 56 square meters (603 sq. ft.).
Le Rose, a 102 square meter (1098 sq. ft.) lodging, offers a large open kitchen, half-bath and separate large living area with fireplace on the ground floor and, on its upper level, two bedrooms (one with queen-size bed, one with two single beds) each with en-suite bath. Optionally, a large queen-size bedroom with desk, A/V system and en-suite bath can be added on the ground floor, extending Le Rose to 129 square meters (1389 sq. ft.). Like Begonia, Le Rose has a private terracotta-tiled patio equipped for outdoor dining and lounging. With its optional third bedroom Le Rose can comfortably house four to six adults and two or three children, depending on age.
Le Rose and Begonia together comprise Poggiosole's fienile (the name refers to the building's original function as a hay loft). Booking well in advance, larger groups can reserve the entire fienile and have the patios, olive grove, pool and table tennis entirely to themselves. This solution is ideal for a family reunion, team off-site or other special event for up to 11 adults and four small children. The fienile as a whole offers five bedrooms, five and a half baths, two patios, two full kitchens and 201 square meters (2164 sq. ft.) of indoor living space as well as total privacy.
